Annie trained for five years at Gloucestershire College of Art in Cotswolds, England to gain her National Diploma in Design and The University of Wales where she obtained her Art Teachers degree.
She taught high school for five years in the UK before having her sons and the family coming to live in Sydney in 1972. She then taught juniors in two schools for a total of thirty-two years before retiring. After doing the family’s ancestry and writing her memoir, the Covid-19 restrictions gave her the opportunity to rediscover her love of painting.
Annie takes her inspiration from her home, nature & her family. She loves painting still life and figures.
