Who are you?
Having grown up in the Australian bush, I always felt connected to Nature, watching sunrises, sunsets, surrounded by gumtrees, finding lizards, snakes, native birds, spiders, possums roaming through our gardens. Although I didn’t fully appreciate where I lived during those years, my memories are of Nature’s beauty surrounding me as I grew up.
Phosphorescence
I’m a self-taught artist based in Manly, the Northern Beaches of Sydney. My artwork is inspired by travels through Australia, having lived in a magical place called Belongil near Byron Bay; time spent in Broome, WA; living for some time in Bali; many roads trips through India where I usually live several months of the year; having lived in Greece and the Greek islands when I was 9 and again in my late teens; road trips through Northern Ireland and the South of Ireland. Nature has always influenced my life, giving me the gift to see beauty in Nature’s simplest form every day.

When did you discover your creativity?
In kindergarten, when I was given paints and glitter to create a Christmas painting.

What’s the best lesson you’ve learned along the way?
Follow my intuition and not take advice from friends.
What’s your proudest moment?
Mostly to do with my three sons, but also the first painting I sold of a wave 16 years ago.
What’s been your best decision?
To allow myself to paint without studying art. Also to live in India in 2011 studying to become a meditation teacher.

Georgia O’Keeffe.
What are you passionate about?
Equality and justice.

What dream do you still want to fulfil?
To base myself and live mostly in India.
What are you currently reading/listening to?
David Grohl ‘The Storyteller’ and Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
Love lots of different music, however mostly paint in silence.
